Phantom FC (“we,” “our”) runs this website for families in the Inland Empire youth soccer community. This page explains what we collect and why.
Tryout interest form
When you submit the tryout form, we collect parent or guardian name, email, phone, player name, birth year, division interest, city, and optional experience notes. We use this only to respond about tryouts and club communication—not for unrelated marketing.
Payments (Stripe)
Dues, uniform kits, and shop purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe handles payment data under their privacy policy. For shop orders we pass size and quantity to Stripe (metadata or checkout parameters) so we can fulfill the correct items.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the site (email delivery, payment processing) and with coaches or staff who need it for registration and fulfillment. We do not sell personal information.
